Lost Orders - USA - JetstreamsUSA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All models have tracking numbers which are kept on file for 45 days before they are disposed. If you chose to have your package insured then we will file a claim on your behalf after 90 days post mailing.
Return Policy
All returns must have prior approval within 14 days of dated invoice. DO NOT return model without prior approval.
